Probation and Segregation - or PSP

If Illegal Immigration, Unmanaged and Dangerous Illegal Green Card Programs, Illegal Guest Worker Programs, or Illegal Open Borders are going to be actively managed by our failing government, then I agree, we need some COMPREHENSIVE IMMIGRATION REFORM, only if this criminal behavior by our government and politicians continues!! All Illegal Immigrants, please skip this section, and go back to where you came from and get in line. The following criteria should immediately be implemented for ALL LEGAL IMMIGRANTS BECOMING United States Citizens:

1. ACCEPTANCE & ASSIMILATION: All Immigrants becoming United States Citizens shall fully assimilate into America by speaking English, and supporting the system, talk and taxes. It's obvious, anybody wishing to come here needs to fully abide by US laws. If you can't speak English, and can't follow US laws, please go back and return, in line, when you can. Currently, only 'level 01 working people' can migrate to America, we're sorry, due to an over whelming and growing welfare population, massive debt, a toileted economy and failing government, we can no longer accept 'welfare migrants'.

1. Probation & Segregation Period or PSP: All Legal Immigrants becoming citizens will begin their new citizenship on probation for a period no less than 2 years. New Citizens would fall under the 3 Strikes law during PSP. During this period, new citizens could not vote, no primaries, no tax issues, no local, and certainly no presidential, they cannot vote during this 2 year probation period.

They also drive under a New Citizen Drivers License, or NCDL. Certainly, any revocation, or outstanding violations will completely reset the probation period or can lead to deportation.

Similar to Mexican Laws, New Citizens could not own real estate or property. No mortgages could be issued during PSP. The only permitted sale of real estate would be that of the Brooklyn Bridge. A new citizen could only rent. They would rent under a "New Citizen Lease, or NCL which would be very ugly, highly unfair and abusive. This horrible NCL would be in place to offer the New Citizen a form of FREE EDUCATION as to how they'll expect to be treated once they become citizens.

All new citizens would be randomly drug tested. If they fail more than 3 drug tests, they will reset their probation period or could loose status, and face deportation. Any major failure, crime, or abuse committed during probation, new citizens could reset their probation or loose citizenship and face deportation.

Also, during PSP, things like employment, payment of utilities, insurance, rent and taxation would all be watched more closely by local elected municipalities. Every aspect of this Probation and Segregation Period would be managed on a "New Citizen Database". A computer network accessible by all authorities, municipalities, air ports, lenders, insurers and employers. All hiring, firing would be recorded and monitored on this database. All companies would have to comply by filing with this database upon hiring a New Citizen. Doctor visits will be recorded and archived. All aspects of all New Citizens could then be looked up very quickly to avoid any possible catastrophe, or act or terrorism that we may face today. This PSP databse would protect both US Citizens and New Citizens alike.

2. New Citizen Fees, or "Immigrant Taxes": These IRS New Citizen tax forms would be ugly, horribly long and incredibly confusing, simply to provide an education to these new citizens as to how they'll be treated once they graduate from probation. After probation they can switch over to the standard US citizen IRS tax forms.

3. Travel Restrictions: Too much travel can get you in hot water. Please, enjoy that vacation in Lake Tahoe, Key West, or even DC. All travel would be recorded and monitored on the New Citizen Database. If you travel too much, especially out of the country, you could be penalized and face additional fees, taxes, or even reset your PSP or cause revocation status.

4. Closing Borders and Stopping Illegal Alien activities: All US borders, both Mexican and Canadian would be closed via giant impenetrable walls. No cameras, manned booths or gas wasting SUVs being operated by illegitimate governmental security patrols, just a nice simple GIANT WALL!! We are very successful at walling up state prisons and ALL of Las Vegas!! It is complete and utter RUBBISH of all those who claim that we can't close off our borders. You don't leave your front door wide open at night when going to bed. Those who claim that we can't close our borders are sick in the head, or Anti American, and should be tried for treason and possibly DEPORTED!

If you're NOT vacationing, on business, or a New Citizen or Citizen, you CANNOT be employed, housed or medicated in any way. If we need to medicate or deport you, you and or your original government may be charged with any and all medication and deportation expenses involved.
