I am sorry for the poorly written article here. After seeing a "My Space Latino" section, I immediately came here to wirte this article, and I am ANGERED with what I am writing about. - AM I THE ONLY ONE WHO IS BECOMING FURIOUS OVER THIS??? Call me a racist - you are wrong in doing so, and more importantly, I DON'T CARE ANY MORE!!!

A business partner today asked me to edit their "My Space" webpage. He gave me his logon information and I proceeded to logon to My Space. Once again, I notice the great divide, the language barrier and the utter descrimination that is quickly becoming a great plague to this nation - The Spanish Language.

You see it everywhere today, Best Buy, Papa John's, Google, Bank of America and even the White House website has a "seperate" Spanish section. Please show me an online business' website that doesn't have a "seperate" Spanish section! I was angered seeing a My Space / Latino section. I clicked on the link and you know what I saw, a Spanish page. I could not read this page as I do not speak Spanish. When I see this, I now understand one thing, Latinos, Mexicans or Spanish people DO NOT want to be a part of my world or country and all the businesses that cater to the Spanish Language allow them to be this way. This is ENTIRELY UN AMERICAN!!

It is DISCRIMINATION by businesses who cater to the Spanish Language, after all, we do not see an Italian Language section, or any other language for that matter. This discriminatory division between English and Spanish tells me that these Latinos, Mexicans and Spanish speaking people NEVER plan on joining our country as English Speaking people. This is a frightening cancer!

It is time to start standing up against these Anti American businesses. No, I am sorry, I am NO LONGER going to accept "...Oh Brent, these businesses merely want to do business with those coming here, they are allowed to cater to the Spanish speaking market...". No!!!, that is no longer acceptable!! This "press 2 for Spanish" crap must STOP. No other country is doing this, and why are we? Why is it only Spanish - or - My Space Latino? That is discriminating against every other language and people on this planet. Spanish is not the chosen language, at least not in my world, backyard, and country. We have laws which clearly state the aspects of ASSIMILATION. This means that those who migrate here LEGALLY must be able to speak English. Businesses that offer a Spanish section, like My Space, Google, Best Buy, Bank of America and others, including The White House refuse to abide by this Law of Assimilation to a frightening level! This is not some temporary thing as I don't believe Seperate Spanish Language sections will be removed when all Latinos, Mexicans or Spanish people finally get off their ASS and learn English. They are telling us that Spanish will be added to America.

The most troubling aspect to this discriminatory language barrier is, that it's the American Citizen who must change, not the Spanish, Mexican or Latino. It's the duty of the Amercian Citizen who must learn Spanish or risk being fired from a job!!

This MUST STOP!! American Citizens are losing their jobs because of this discriminatory divisive language barrier brought on by Illegal Immigration, and the Anti American Businesses and Entities who cater to the Spanish Language. American Citizens have lost their lives due to this discrimination of language. Jobs are becoming harder to get for the American Citizen who does not speak Spanish. This is OUTRAGEOUS!! It is THEY who come here that need to work to change and upgrade their language skills and ASSIMILATE into American English Speaking Culture and Country. I am telling you that EVERY TIME I make a call to a business and I hear "press 2 for Spanish", I COMPLAIN when my call is answered!!! It is time to start calling and COMPLAINING to HIGH HELL to these discriminatory businesses who offer any kind of Spanish speaking - for it is they who are going to quickly tear down this country - if we let them. Get to work, and start complaining - get off your ass, and BITCH at these companies who discriminate with Spanish, and DO IT NOW!!!
