Dear Mr. Milaney:
As newly elected President of The Minuteman Project, I am exercising my
rights to Request you withdraw your qualified audit for The Minuteman
Project for the reasons outlined in this letter. You have obviously a
working knowledge of corporate governance, per the CPA audits you have
published online, so clearly you understand that Jim Gilchrest and Stephen
Eichler were legitimately and legally fired by the Board for financial
malfeasance and thwarting our financial investigation, as they have done
by not recommending you contact us for further clarification of the finances.
However, they have acted with out authority in hiring you, and have no
legal right to hold on to the financials or request an audit at this time,
as they have been legally removed from the organization.
Any communication you have with MMP should be directed to me at the above
contact information.
Should you elect to consult counsel, or act as your own, you or your attorney
should contact the attorney for Minuteman Project: Mr. Richard Gilbert
Law Firm: Gilbert & Marlowe Address: 950 W 17th Street Suite D Santa Ana,
CA 92706 Phone: (714) 667-1038
If you have any further questions of me, please contact me at 562.221.1820,
as any violation of my request can result in the repayment of many tens
of thousands of dollars by you and your firm.
Sincerely, Marvin L. Stewart,
President Board Member,
The Minuteman Project
