Provision 287-G is working to protect your children:
Sheriff Jim Pendergraph is creating quite the buzz in Mecklenberg,
NC. He is making sure that Illegal Aliens in his jails are being sent
on their way back to Mexico. Pendergraph applied for a partnership with
ICE, (Immigration & Customs Enforcement) to allow his agency
to work in conjunction with our government to identify and deport the
Illegal Aliens already in “the system”. This partnership with ICE is available
to all state and local governments interested in enforcing the law! Provision
287-G is already "on the books" as a part of American Law.
The Mecklenberg Sheriff Department is the first department to initialize
and use provision 287-G in a jail setting. According to Pendergraph, however,
many more agencies MUST become involved NOW!! Encourage your congressmen
and senators to dust off Provision 287-G and put it to use to protect
your children and our country. Wake Up America!!
